In a New York City loft a white painter reveals his secret to a black female poet. A play about love and redemption. Image Quilt produced this play at the Women's Building in Albany, NY in August. We look forward to presenting the play at other venues in New York in the near future.


 
Nelly's Bodega: Information and a 2 minute and 30 sec clip
Our first television drama won the Best Drama award at the 2004 Women of Color Film Festival in New York. "Nelly's Bodega" tells the story of an adolescent African-American girl who discovery's that her friend, Nelly, a latina woman is involved in a marriage marred by domestic violence.
